PENGARUH CAREER EXPECTATION, WORK-FAMILY BALANCE, DAN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TERHADAP WOMAN CAREER ADVANCEMENT

Abstract

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh career expectation terhadap organizational commitment (2) pengaruh work family balance terhadap organizational commitment (3) perngaruh work family balance terhadap organizational commitment (4) pengaruh career expectation terhadap career advancement (5) pengaruh work family balance terhadap career advancement. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 101 karyawan wanita dengan masa kerja lebih dari 2 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber data yang disebar melalui kuesioner online. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah WarpPLS. Berdasar pada hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa kesimpulan: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif career expectation terhadap organizational commitment  (2) terdapat pengaruh positif proactive personality terhadap work family balance terhadap organizational commitment (3) terdapat pengaruh positif work family balance terhadap organizational commitment (4) terdapat pengaruh positif  career expectation terhadap career advancement  (5) tidak terdapat pengaruh positif work family balance  terhadap career advancement. Dalam praktiknya, hasil dari penelitian kami memberikan implikasi penting bagi perusahaan yang mungkin merancang manajemen karir dan strategi pengembangan yang lebih baik untuk karyawan wanita.
