PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MANAJEMEN PENGATAHUAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PELITA SAMUDERA SHIPPING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelita Samudera Shipping Tbk. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel kepemimpinan, manajemen pengetahuan, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, manajemen pengetahuan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pengetahuan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang kuat terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk terus mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan memperkuat sistem manajemen pengetahuan agar kinerja karyawan dapat meningkat secara berkelanjutan dan mendukung keunggulan kompetitif organisasi.
