Analisis Daya Tarik, Persepsi Pembeli Dan Pemasaran Terhadap Ekowisata Kuliner Nasi Boranan Lamongan

Lamongan merupakan kota kuliner di Provinsi Jawa Timur, Nasi Boranan merupakan potensi kuliner dari sekian banyak kuliner yang lain. Banyaknya penjual kuliner yang berada di kabupaten lamongan yang penjualnya hanpir setiap hari merupakan nasi boranan. Metodelogi penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan quisioner.yang terdiri dari konsumen dan penjual nasi boranan seluruh Kabupaten Lamongan. Hasil penelitian daya Tarik, persepsi pembeli dan pemasaran berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap ekowisata kuliner nasi boranan lamongan.
